Wedding Services
Full Wedding Planning and Design
This service is entirely bespoke to your wedding and encompasses all elements of your wedding from finding that perfect venue to being there on the day to ensure it all runs seamlessly. The service is designed for couples who still want to be in control but without all the stresses and strains of the planning and design. We work with you to ensure you stay in control and well informed, thus creating a wedding that is personal to you both and exceeds all your expectations. As part of this service we'll deal with the following:
Venue Search:
Be it a country house, boutique hotel, chic London venue, or grand castle, we'll use our extensive knowledge of wedding venues to find you that perfect location.
Sourcing Suppliers:
From florists to cake makers, transport to entertainers, we'll use our little black book to help you source all of our trusted suppliers needed for your wedding. We will help manage all appointments, administration, timings and deliveries etc.
Design Concept:
From simple colour schemes to elaborate themes, we work with you to create a unique and personal design concept for your wedding, initially illustrating ideas using design boards. We then help source all those important accessories and can even help decorate the venue on the day if needed.
Overall Management and Advice:
The overall management and administration of a wedding can be extremely stressful and take away some of the enjoyment of the occasion. We help to manage all of this administration, from tracking your budget, managing payments, liaising with suppliers and coordinating their services on the day, down to all those other phone calls and emails. We are also available to offer any advice on anything else that you may need.
The Day:
So everything's in place and the big day has arrived; the only thing you need to do is enjoy every moment of it. We will be on hand to ensure the order of events for the day runs smoothly, suppliers are where they should be when they should be, and every last ribbon is perfectly tied. From the initial set up to your departure, we remain in the background ensuring the day goes by without a hitch.
Fees for this service are based on 10-15% of the agreed budget, with a minimum fee of £2,500.
